Asad Zaidi is the founder director and CEO of MDi Pakistan and its various associated
operations including MDi Business School and MDi Training and Consulting. He has
more than 25 years of experience in general management and organizational
development. His assignments with international organizations have been as General
Manager, Southeast Asia for Fujitsu-ICL based in Singapore and Malaysia, and General Manager, International Business Development, SAPURA Telecom, a Malaysian public listed telecoms and technology conglomerate.
During his career, Asad has lived and worked in various countries including UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Egypt and Pakistan. He returned to Pakistan in 1999 after 21 years in the Far East.
He is a member of the Board of Excel Labs, a large chain of medical labs in the north of
Pakistan. Asad is an IFC (World Bank) authorized instructional designer, corporate trainer
and an entrepreneurship trainer of the MDi Certificate and Diploma in Entrepreneurship
programs.
